As well as being a fully qualified Pilates teacher, Laura is also a Level 3 Personal Trainer, qualified in Sports Conditioning and Pre-and-Post Natal Fitness.
Laura has been teaching Pilates for 18 years and understands the importance of core training, and how hard it can be to find these muscles, especially when you're starting out.
